Mixed martial arts workout

With 5 years of age I started with different kinds of martial arts (judo taekwondo, mai tai, capoeira, kung fu, Tai chi chuan) and other disciplines like boxing, kick boxing and fencing. The body control I learned helped me during my whole career as a professional sportsman. And still is an important part of my training routines. My mixed martial arts workout is an intensive full body training.
